Moving on, getting a car

I'm planning on getting a new car this winter. I have a pretty generous budget ($20,000 give or take a thousand), and I also have a pretty good idea of what I want to get. All I'm asking for is advice on which one. Keep in mind, that nearly every car I am looking at I would get used, so that I could find one in my price range.

-Honda Accord EX V6 Coupe

-Nissan Skyline R34 GT-T (that's right, a Skyline. I found a good deal for one, and these are the photos of it)

-Chevy Cobalt SS

-Dodge SRT-4

-Dodge Stratus R/T

-Volkswagen Passat W8

I would have listed the Volkswagen R32, but I have looked desperately for a used one in my price range, and to my dismay, no luck, so I took it off the list. Maybe in a few years. At this point, I'm leaning towards the Accord, but that could change. I think what I need at this point is some advice from people who know what they're talking about.

EDIT: Sorry, forgot a car!

A. Where do you live that you found an R34 for only $20,000?
B. Just get the Accord, they are nice, but will be a little bit above $20,000 even for a used 2003 (around $23,000).

To answer your question,

A. I live in the U.S., but I found a link from an auction for this Skyline that was in Canada. I e-mailed the guy and he said he's selling it for $17,500, so with shipping he said it would roughly be $21,000. Just keep in mind that there is a difference between a Skyline GT-R and a Skyline GT-T.

B. You're wrong about the Accord's pricing. I just went to a Honda dealership a few days ago to check out what the prices were, and I found the exact car I wanted for $18,995. Not to mention the auctions on eBay which sell them for ridiculously low prices.

How could he be wrong if he didn't state mileage, options, ect? What is the mileage of the 'exact car' you wanted for $18,995? year? options?

What year, model, mileage and options is this $18,995 Accord? A 2003 EX V-6 BASED at $26,500 (or therabouts) when new...I can't see a 2003 depreciating THAT low (maybe with 80,000 miles)...you must have been looking at a LX with a bunch of options, or an EX with the I-4.

It was an 2003 EX V6 I was looking at, and it had 50,000 or less miles. I also think that the Honda clearance sale had something to do with it.

Am I the only one who would take the SRT-4 over all those other cars?

Cuz I would take it it in a heartbeat.

I wouldnt take a Neon if one person gave it to me, well, I would, but i'd burn it. It's not even worth selling for someone else to deal with...
