Well I think there's a supercharger available but if you are short on cash...it depnds on what you want to do...do you care about handling, braking, performance (speed, HP, TQ), aesthetics which include interior looks, exterior looks and possibly ICE (In Car Entertainment...sound/audio, video, etc)

Personally I would setup the suspension and brakes and then performance...

Some springs and adjustable shox or you can save up for coilovers

For the brakes...some cross drilled/slotted rotors, good brake pads, stainless steel brakes lines, nice brake fluid...or save up for a big brake upgrade...Honda's are not known for having great brakes...and just as you need to go fast you need to slow down too.

Then performance...you got intake, headers, exhaust, and ECU...or you could save up for the aforementioned supercharger and still keep the I/H/E/E combo

Good luck

basically, what he said^^^^^^^^^^^

But 3k a year!!!!!!!!! What did you do? Crash 3 cars in a row? I pay 120 a month for a 90 taurus, and will be paying 180/month for a camaro. And I'm 17.
