Help! Chronic Mercedes probs!

Has anyone had consistent problems with the Mercedes wiper blade? I spent a lot of $$ to try to get it fixed, along with many other probs, the co. is of no help--the car was bought brand new! Any experience in this area? Thanks!

The wiper thingy that wipes rain is not working properly. And Mr.Sunshine trusted Mercedes to fix it up for him.

I got that much. 'not working properly' doesn't tell me anything useful.

hm, may be its the cold weather? i dont know, but we moved houses in a blizzard in 2000, and we had to stop the car every five minutes to fix the windshield and wiper. never ever move during a blizzard. never.

I know the weather was bad...but that's what wipers are for, I'm hoping a can find a solution as to why when I need the blade, the motor won't work. BTW-sorry about the move, sounded like a nightmare!
