I only have knowledge of FAST cars not slow ricers, but i'll give it a go. i'll say 76hp and an 14.4856 0-60 time.

what?? no but sort of..
it grabs air from over the hood line, like air scoops on domestic muscle cars. the pipe is short and it forces air to go in rapidly so the heat wont go up.
