No, ill tell you , if you advance the timeing, then you will have top end power and if you retard it you will have low end power(torque).

Next, what is a Tri-Y exhaust header design.

Tell me are conrods under more stress with a high revving engine or a turbo charged engine of the same capacity?

Ohhh.. oopes read it too fast. TURBO WILL if you mean they both rev at same rpm

Nope the boost from the turbo cushions the pressure put on the conrod.
